Should you have any questions with regards to the direction of the use of the product, or the service that we provided, any question please contact us at :

Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

Product Defects

  • All parcel will be packed in courier flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.
  • Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
  • Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return it to us.
  • Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel as soon as possible.
  • If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel or if the product received isn't same with what you ordered, take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service.
  • We will do compensate as soon as possible.

If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you as soon as possible.

If you find that the items are damaged upon unpacking, please provide the following photos to our customer service:

  • Screenshot of the airway bill
  • Snapshot of the outer packaging (from all four angles)
  • Snapshot of the inner packaging (top view)
  • Snapshot of the bubble wrap
  • Snapshot of the packaging with the fragile sticker

If you are unable to provide photos for the first and fifth items, we will not be able to proceed with a compensation claim from the shipping company. We appreciate your understanding.
