Shipping Policy

  • Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment every Saturday, Sunday, or national public holidays), Shipping times for special sales events (e.g. live streams, group buys) will be announced separately.

  • Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

Delivery Fees:

  • Purchase above RM200 for free delivery within West Malaysia.

  • Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8.

  • Purchase above RM200 for free delivery within East Malaysia.

  • Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM12.
